I reason that if I call his turn bet, I will have difficulty calling his river bet. Thus, I opt to fold. Nit or good laydown?

If u believe your read, at least call on turn, and call a value bet on the river, I will definitely raise an amount to get him committed so as to go Allin on the turn, he's short stack. His min raise is probably a bluff
